DATA DRIVEN MARKETING TRANSFORMATION
Product lead for the business change stream as part of a wider data-driven marketing transformation programme. Responsible for delivery of the operating model, learning/upskilling plan, and change management in 9 pilot markets. Activities include the definition of current and required digital marketing capabilities, new-ways of working (roles and responsibilities) across teams and functions, and development of brand use-cases (based on the customer journey and adobe marketing cloud) to proof value to the markets and kick-start change.
